Hermes Email Review Terms of Use

Hermes Email Review is a private assistant operated by Elaine Lim. Access is limited to Google accounts that the owner is authorized to connect. It is not a public service and does not offer public registration.

The assistant provides AI-generated email summaries and applies the owner's configured mailbox rules. Summaries can contain errors or omissions; review original messages before acting on important requests or deadlines.

Google OAuth authorization can be revoked through Google Account settings. Revoking access does not automatically remove existing review records or Telegram summaries. See the privacy notice for storage and deletion information.

This service does not authorize the assistant to send email or permanently delete messages. Account access remains subject to Google and organisation administrator policies. No uninterrupted availability is promised.
